POM sent me a a few of those unusually shaped bottles and it was the easiest marketing trick I've seen in a while. My kids instantly wanted to touch them and then drink from them. The small, take with you bottles are the perfect size for little kid hands and fit into lunch and snack boxes really well. The slightly sweet, slightly tart taste of the juice works well alone or even watered down, which I typically do with my juice for my kids. They didn't care. They still loved this deep, dark red drink and asked for it all the time, even after it was gone.
I love the flavor myself but for someone like my husband it took a bit to get used to it. I noticed that when we had a sitter in the house the stuff disappeared too. All that remained were empty bottles. It is safe to say that POM Wonderful juice was a hit with everyone who tried it. I also love that it is gluten-free and a good source of potassium. It's flash pasteurized to retain its flavor and nutrients too.
