Kibbles Rockin' Clubhouse

Designed by Autism experts and parents Kibbles Rockin' Clubhouse: Expressing Yourself is the first volume in the series. This 42 minute DVD has a fun cast of characters all aimed at helping your child learn the basics of expressing themselves.

Through songs and games the cast will aid your child in learning about being happy, sad, or frustrated. Kibbles, a dog, and friends teaches children about greetings such as 'Hi', 'Howdy' and 'Hello', how to calm down, identify feelings and so much more. Created by Scott Leslie and his wife Ann, whose own son has autism, they realized that there were simply no DVDs on the market that could help parents and kids alike. The parent teaching tools and segments about using your body and voice to express your emotions is great. There is even a segment by music and speech therapists that addresses the therapeutic benefits of singing and the use of karaoke in teaching self-expression.

Geared for ages 2-7 this DVD ($29.95) does a nice job of teaching children with ASD self-care and social techniques by using stories, games and music. To purchase this DVD visit here.
